All aspects of registration for Défi sportif AlterGo 2012 is now open. People wishing to participate in Défi sportif AlterGo are invited to register online.
Défi sportif AlterGo is an international event that brings together elite and upcoming athletes of all types of disabilities for 7 days of competition, April 23 to 29.
Athletes' registration
You have access to three categories, according to your profile.
- School sports that offer a selection of eight disciplines such as athletics, basketball, bocce, rhythmic gymnastics, ball hockey, swimming, soccer and volleyball. School sports will be held over five days, from April 23 to 27. High School Athletics will be held over 2 days. Over 2000 athletes are already confirmed.
- Sports in partnership with Québec Special Olympics (QSO) are represented by three sports, athletics, swimming and rhythmic gymnastics. We offer special rates for youth 21 years old and under that register before March 16, $10 instead of $23 regular price.
- General offers 13 sports such as, wheelchair fencing, ball hockey, para-cycling, wheelchair rugby, volleyball, wheelchair basketball, goalball, Para-swimming, boccia, Para-athletics, powerchair football, volleyball, and flag football. Note that Défi sportif will end on April 29 with the Coloplast Canadian Wheelchair Rugby Championships.

Registration is now open for volunteers. Each year, more than 900 people make Défi sportif AlterGo possible!
