Défi sportif AlterGo is revamping its web identity with the launch of two new websites. The first website covers the services provided by the organization. The second is entirely devoted to its annual flagship event, the Défi sportif AlterGo.
Much more than an event!
The organization website covers its mission, its services, its events and publications. Potential partners and volunteers will be able to find out how to become partners or volunteers at one of its events. Visitors can also follow the organization’s latest news and projects.
35th edition of Défi sportif AlterGo
The Défi sportif AlterGo website includes all the information on the 35th edition which will be held from April 23 to April 29, 2018. You will be able to consult the list of sports on the program as well as the competition schedule. Athletes, schools and other institutions can register on the platform. It also reaches volunteers and partners whose contribution is essential to the success of the event.
Stepping into the Digital Era
This is a major step for the organization. Aware of the rapid evolution of new technologies and the momentum of web platforms, Défi sportif AlterGo is striving to improve the online experience of the public, the athletes, its partners and volunteers on both sites.
The spare style of the new Défi sportif AlterGo platforms offers a user-friendly environment, in line with the Standard sur l’accessibilité d’un site Web (SGQRI 008-01) adopted by the Conseil du Trésor of the government of Québec. It goes without saying that Défi sportif AlterGo wants to facilitate access to its websites for the greatest number possible, including people with functional limitations. When the site first went live, it was accessible through the most recent versions of popular browsers. For Défi sportif AlterGo, improving accessibility is an ongoing process; it will continue to work on it as the website gets updated.
